Corporate Videos

K Productions has had great success with our Corporate Video’s and it is something that we always approach with enthusiasm. With all of our Corporate Videos, we approach the project as a team, with a staff of two skilled writers, with slightly different approaches to give the client choices throughout the script writing process.

Our Resources

Our resources allow us the voice talents of two highly trained male voices, as well as, two female voices. With each sound track that we produce, the client will be given a finished version of the soundtrack to review to see which voice best fits the product. It’s always helpful to hear the differences and to compare the voices presented and as a result can often times spark new ideas and creativity with the project.

We also rely on the skilled talents of two lighting technicians, who have both worked in video production, as well as, Broadcast television for many years. With every project, the scriptwriter, producer and myself, will submit the project schedule and personally review the shots with the lighting techs so that they will know before hand how the project will need to be lit and what they will need to do the job.

Our Equipment

Two broadcast DV quality cameras will be brought to each shoot. Each shot of the video will be discussed and reviewed by the cameraman and the producer, using a monitoring system, to make sure that the idea is being relayed accurately, as the script had intended.

Our editor is very experienced and has been in the business for 13 years. In the case that we need to meet during the editing process, our editing system does have the capability to being portable and can be brought to location for the convenience of the customer. In either case, a rough draft of the video will be presented and reviewed with the producer and editor present, so that changes can be made if necessary.

K Productions is always concerned with the time line of a project, as we realize that often, the success of a product may depend on communicating the message immediately and we will make every effort to get the job done in the time allotted.

Our Charge - $1000/finished minute

Our charge is averaged at a $1000 a finished minute.
Travel and Hotel may be additional depending on the circumstances.

Training/Seminar Videos

K Productions looks at Training/Seminar Videos much as we would the Corporate Video. Except for the script, which often times, is in the minds of the presenters, we will approach the project with the before discussed lighting crew, film crew and will edit the piece much as we would the Corporate Video.

The site of the Training and or seminar will be researched to look at all aspects of the production, from where the lighting will be most effective, to camera angles, to audio solutions, in which sometimes running mikes for a large group is necessary. All these aspects will be discussed in a production meeting to ensure quality as well as keeping the cost manageable.

Communicating the message is key in both the Corporate Video and the Training/Seminar Video and because of that they would be looked at in much the same way.

Event Videography

K Productions always looks forward to Event Videography. As with our Wedding Packages, K Productions shoots everything with two Broadcast Quality DV cameras and with 2 wireless microphones if needed.

We take great care in capturing the event, as we realize the importance of each project and the customers desire to watch it later.

With our example of a jazz trio in a local club, we put much time into the set up of the production and care into finding good locations for both cameras. The trio expressed their desire to have something that could be sent to prospective clients and also something that could be watched in later years.

We also worked well, in this case, with the owners of the club and were more then happy to comply with all of their desires in what we could and could not videotape. We realize that often times with Event Videography that rules that must be observed, because of the locations used or of the nature of the event and we are always happy to comply with those, while still aiming to provide the best video coverage that we can.

Our Charge for Events - $100/hr. for two camera people

We charge on an hourly basis of a $100 for two camera people to do the project. The charge will start when we leave our office and will end at our return, unless otherwise discussed.
